【Infection prevention measures in the building】
・The lobby and lounge entrances are equipped with disinfectant solutions for hand sanitizing.
・The building is regularly ventilated, and elevators and other areas that are in frequent contact with many people are regularly wiped down with disinfectant.
・In the guestrooms, areas that guests come into contact with are wiped down with disinfectant when rooms are cleaned.
・In lobbies and other areas, preventive measures are taken such as separating tables and seats.
・In the breakfast area, gloves are used to prevent infection, and tongs are frequently changed and disinfected.
・Tables are cleaned and sanitized after meals are finished before the next guest is served.

【Initiatives for Guests】

・We ask that everyone check their temperature, health condition, and identity at check-in.
・We have installed splash prevention panels to avoid direct contact.
・In case of fever or cold symptoms, we will seek instructions from the public health center and take appropriate measures. If you have a fever, cough, strong lethargy (fatigue), difficulty breathing, or any other symptoms of illness during your stay, please notify the front desk.

【Employee Initiatives】

・All employees wear masks while at work.
・If an employee has a fever, cough, or other symptoms of a cold, or if he or she is feeling sluggish, he or she is not assigned to work and is asked to stay home.

【Request to Customers】

・Please wear a mask in public spaces during your stay.
・If you are not feeling well, please inform our staff.
・Please refrain from loud behavior in the hotel.
